Tim De Clercq graduated in 2007 with distinction from the University of Antwerp. After a post-university cycle in receivership/trustee practice (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven), he began the Master in Business Law programme at the University of Antwerp. This latter programme was completed in 2011, likewise with distinction.
Tim has specialized in corporate law, commercial law, and real estate law. He advises national and international clients on all kinds of commercial disputes and on drafting commercial agreements. Tim can also draw on extensive experience as an assistant trustee/receiver.
