Maarten graduated in 2024 with distinction from the University of Antwerp. During his studies he specialized in the broad field of business law and international and European public law. In addition, he spent a semester at the University of Manchester (UK), where he further expanded his knowledge in an international context.
Maarten is particularly interested in the modern digital challenges of our time and their legal implications, which was also reflected in his master’s thesis on ‘The Criminalization of Disinformation Campaigns from the Perspective of the Protection of Democracy’.
He has been part of the team of Talo Advocaten since September 2024, where he focuses mainly on the broad field of business law and corporate law. With his fresh insights and personal approach, Maarten is ready to represent clients and take on legal challenges.
