Mr. Brent Apers graduated in 2018 with a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Antwerp, where he focused on business law and general civil law.
Subsequently, driven by his interest in corporate law, he also obtained a Master-after-Master in Corporate Law in 2019 from the KU Leuven Campus Brussels.
In 2019, he joined the Bar Association of Antwerp. He focuses on corporate law, real estate, and construction law, both in terms of litigation in courts and tribunals, as well as in providing legal advice. Nevertheless, he is also a skilled negotiator, always seeking amicable solutions in case of conflicts between different parties.
He is highly motivated and always strives for the best solution in consultation with the client. The cases Mr. Apers handles are situated in both corporate law, and construction and real estate law.
